Important Note: The product includes two chargers with opposite electrical polarities (Black: N+ -S, White: N- +S). Due to this, typically only one of the two provided cables will work with your specific smartwatch. Test both cables to determine which one is compatible.

- Cleaning: Gently wipe the charging pins and cable with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Handling: Avoid excessive bending or tugging on the cable, especially near the connectors, to prevent internal wire damage. The cable is tested for over 5000 bends.
