Setup
Charging the Device
The HYAKO F1 massager is equipped with a Type-C charging port. Use the provided USB A to USB C charging cable with a standard phone adapter or a 5V/2A adapter (not included) to charge the device. Ensure the charging indicator light shows a steady or pulsing green/blue light to confirm proper charging. A rapidly flashing or flickering light may indicate an improper connection or adapter.

Attaching Massage Heads
The device comes with four massage heads. Select the appropriate massage head for your target muscle group and ensure it is securely attached before use.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the power button located on the top of the device to turn it on. Press and hold the power button to turn it off.
Adjusting Speed Levels
The HYAKO F1 offers 5 adjustable speed levels, ranging from 1200 to 2500 RPM. Each press of the power button cycles through the speed levels, allowing you to select your desired intensity. The indicator lights on the control panel will show the current speed setting.

Application
Apply the massager to the desired muscle area. Gently increase pressure as needed. Glide the device across the muscle for 15-30 seconds. Take a brief pause, then reassess your comfort and the pressure. Repeat the process if necessary, focusing on areas that are sore or tense. The device is designed for deep tissue massage with a 6mm amplitude.
