2. System Components

The CAMCAMP Wireless Security Camera System SC19AC includes the following components:

• 4x Wireless Battery Cameras
• 1x WiFi Base Station
• 1x User Manual

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Setup and Pairing

The CAMCAMP wireless security camera system is designed for true plug-and-play functionality. The cameras are pre-matched with the base station from the factory. No manual pairing is required for initial setup.

1. Power On Base Station: Plug the WiFi Base Station into a power outlet nearby.
2. Connect to Monitor (Optional): Connect the base station to a monitor via HDMI for local viewing.
3. Connect to Router: Connect the base station to your home router using an Ethernet cable to enable remote viewing via your smartphone.
4. Power On Cameras: Ensure the wireless battery cameras are charged and powered on. They will automatically connect to the base station.

3.2 App Installation and Remote Access

To view your cameras remotely, download the free app "Eseecloud" or "CloudEye 365" on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or PC.

• Search for "Eseecloud" or "CloudEye 365" in your device's app store.
• Install the application and follow the in-app instructions to add your base station and cameras.
• You can now access live feeds, playback recordings, and manage settings from anywhere.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Video Quality and Night Vision

The cameras capture vivid details with 4MP (HD 2560*1440P) resolution, providing clearer picture quality than 1080P and 3MP systems. The system supports two night vision modes:

• Infrared Night Vision: Provides clear black and white images in low light conditions.
• Color Night Vision: With 4pcs white LEDs, the camera provides full-color night vision in very low light conditions with a visible range of up to 65 feet.

4.2 Pan, Tilt, and Digital Zoom (PTZ)

The PTZ cameras support a 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt, allowing for comprehensive coverage. You can control the camera's movement remotely via the app. The system also features 5X digital zoom to focus on specific areas.

4.3 Two-Way Audio

Each camera is equipped with a built-in noise-cancelling microphone and Hi-Fi speaker, enabling real-time two-way communication. This allows you to speak to visitors or deter intruders directly through the camera via the app.

4.4 Smart PIR Motion Detection and Alarms

The system features Smart PIR Motion Detection, which automatically triggers recording and sends real-time alerts to your phone when people, cars, pets, or other objects are detected. The detection sensitivity can be adjusted (Low, Medium, High) to minimize false alarms from environmental factors like flying insects or moving branches.

When suspicious motion is detected at night, the battery-operated security camera can automatically activate its spotlight and sound an alarm to deter intruders.

4.5 Storage Options

The base station supports local storage via a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included). Additionally, a 30-day free trial for cloud storage is available for recorded events.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Management

The outdoor security cameras feature a built-in 8000mAh rechargeable battery. The cameras are 100% wireless and do not need to be plugged in constantly. Recharge the batteries using the provided USB cable when indicated by the app.

The cameras also support external solar panels for continuous charging (solar panels sold separately, search for B09ZTT2DVC).

5.2 Weather Resistance

The cameras are rated IP66 waterproof, ensuring reliable operation in various weather conditions, including snow, rain, and sunshine. This allows for flexible indoor or outdoor installation.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Recording Limitations

The SC19AC wireless outdoor security cameras primarily record in motion detection mode to conserve battery power. They do not support 24/7 continuous recording when operating on battery power. Motion detection recording optimizes storage capacity.

If 24/7 continuous recording is desired, the camera power supply must be plugged into an outlet nearby, and the recording mode should be selected as "uninterrupted recording" in the App settings.

6.2 Connectivity Issues

• Ensure the base station is properly connected to your router and has internet access.
• Verify that the cameras are within range of the base station. The enhanced antennas provide better penetration and wider Wi-Fi range.
• Restart the base station and cameras if connection issues persist.

6.3 App-Related Issues

• Ensure your "Eseecloud" or "CloudEye 365" app is updated to the latest version.
• Check your mobile device's internet connection.
• If experiencing difficulty with initial setup scanning, try rescanning the QR code or manually adding the device if the app allows.
