1. Introduction and Overview

The BLUETTI AC300 is a modular solar power station designed for versatile energy needs, from home backup to off-grid living. When paired with two B300K LiFePO4 expansion batteries, it offers a substantial 5529.6Wh capacity and a 3000W pure sine wave AC inverter (6000W peak). This system provides reliable, clean energy and can be expanded further with additional B300K battery packs.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon receiving your BLUETTI AC300 and B300K batteries, carefully unpack all components. Verify that all items listed in the 'What You Get' section are present and undamaged. Included components are: BLUETTI AC300 power station, 2 B300K expansion batteries (shipped separately), 15A AC charging cable, DC charging cable, and car charging cable.

2.2 Connecting Expansion Batteries

1. Place the AC300 unit on a stable, flat surface.
2. Position the B300K expansion batteries directly below or adjacent to the AC300 unit.
3. Connect the provided battery connection cables from the AC300 to the B300K units. Ensure connections are secure.
4. For optimal performance and stability, ensure the units are stacked or placed in a manner that prevents tipping.

2.3 UPS Home Backup Integration (Optional)

The AC300 & 2 B300K power system can be integrated into your home grid for 24/7 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) functionality during blackouts. Important: This installation requires a licensed electrician to ensure proper and safe connection to your home's electrical system. Refer to the detailed wiring diagrams in the separate professional installation guide.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button on the AC300 unit for a few seconds to power the system on or off. The display screen will illuminate upon startup.

3.2 Charging the System

The BLUETTI AC300 system supports multiple charging methods:

• AC Charging: Connect the 15A AC charging cable to a standard wall outlet. The system supports up to 3000W AC input for rapid charging (80% in approximately 45 minutes).
• Solar Charging: Connect compatible solar panels to the DC input ports. The AC300 supports up to 2400W solar input.
• Car Charging: Use the provided car charging cable to charge from your vehicle's 12V or 24V outlet.
• AC+Solar Dual Charging: Combine AC and solar input for even faster charging, up to 3000W.

3.4 Smart Control via BLUETTI App

Download the official BLUETTI app to remotely monitor and control your power station. The app allows you to view real-time power input/output, battery status, adjust settings, and receive notifications. Connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth for seamless management.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Lifespan and Care

The BLUETTI AC300 and B300K batteries utilize LiFePO4 technology, offering an extended lifespan of over 3500+ cycles, retaining approximately 80% of their original capacity. This is significantly longer than conventional battery types.

• Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid exposing the unit to water or excessive humidity.
• Regularly clean the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure ventilation ports are clear of dust and debris.
• For long-term storage, it is recommended to discharge the unit to about 50% and recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your BLUETTI AC300 system, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

• No Power Output: Ensure the AC/DC output buttons are activated on the display. Check all cable connections for looseness.
• Charging Issues: Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the unit and the power source. Check the input voltage and power on the display (Data > Inverter&Charger Info > PV Input/Grid Input). Ensure solar panels are receiving adequate sunlight.
• Overload Protection: If the unit shuts down, it may be due to an overload. Disconnect some devices and restart the unit.
• Display Errors/Alarms: Refer to the 'Alarm History' section in the Data menu for specific error codes and their meanings.
