• Your radio must support an external 6-CD changer, as the Mr12Volt P600 emulates this OEM function. If your car does not have a CD changer installed, the CD changer function must be activated by a BMW dealership.
• If an OEM CD changer is already installed, you will need to bypass it, and you will lose the functionality of the original CD changer.
• Track metadata is only supported on CCC and CIC head units.

Setup and Installation

• Confirm that your car's head unit supports or has activated the external 6-CD changer function. If not, activation by a BMW dealership may be required.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation:

• Selecting the Source: Once installed, select the CD changer source on your car's head unit to access the Mr12Volt interface.
• Bluetooth Audio Streaming: Pair your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device with the Mr12Volt module. You can then stream music, navigation audio, podcasts, and more through your car's speakers.
• Hands-Free Calls: Make and receive calls directly through your car's audio system using the connected microphone.
• Steering Wheel Control: The module supports control via your vehicle's steering wheel buttons for functions like track skipping and volume adjustment.
• Menu Navigation and Metadata: The interface provides easy menu navigation. Music information (metadata) is displayed on the car's screen, but only on CCC and CIC head units that support text display.
