Operating Instructions
The Avhrit LCP04 polisher offers 6 variable speeds, ranging from 2000 to 5500 RPM, suitable for different applications.

Figure 4: Diagram illustrating the 6 variable speed settings and their recommended applications: Level 1-2 (2000-2700 RPM) for waxing and buffing; Level 3-4 (3200-3900 RPM) for polishing/cleaning; Level 5-6 (4500-5500 RPM) for removing paint defects.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface to be worked on is clean and free of loose dirt or debris. For polishing, apply a small amount of polishing compound directly to the pad or the surface.
- Powering On and Speed Selection:
Press the power button to turn on the polisher. Use the variable speed dial to select the desired RPM based on your task:
- Levels 1-2 (2000-2700 RPM): Ideal for waxing and final buffing.
- Levels 3-4 (3200-3900 RPM): Suitable for general polishing and cleaning.
- Levels 5-6 (4500-5500 RPM): Best for removing paint defects and heavy correction.
- Application Technique:
Place the pad flat on the surface before starting the polisher. Move the polisher in a slow, overlapping pattern, applying light, even pressure. The dual-action orbital motion helps prevent swirls and damage to the paint.

Figure 5: A user demonstrating the application of the polisher on a car surface, highlighting the ergonomic D-handle design.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly check the surface for desired results. For sanding or heavy defect removal, multiple passes may be required.
- Finishing: After polishing, use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe off any excess compound. For final buffing, switch to a clean, soft pad (like a knitted wool pad) and use a lower speed setting.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Polisher: After each use, wipe down the polisher body with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning Pads: Remove pads after use and clean them according to their material. Foam pads can typically be washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the polisher and its accessories in the provided toolbag in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
