Carefully remove the iron and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for storage or in case of return. Check for any visible damage. If any damage is observed, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.
3.2 Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the iron is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Open the water tank inlet cap.
- Fill the water tank with clean tap water up to the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.
- Close the water tank inlet cap securely.
Note: For areas with hard water, it is recommended to use a mixture of 50% tap water and 50% distilled water to prolong the life of the appliance and prevent limescale buildup.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 First Use
During the first use, a slight odor or small amount of smoke may be emitted. This is normal and will disappear after a short period as manufacturing residues burn off. It is advisable to iron an old piece of fabric first to ensure no residue transfers to your garments.
4.2 Powering On and Temperature Selection
- Place the iron on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- The iron will begin to heat up. Select the desired temperature setting using the control dial or buttons, according to the fabric type.
- Wait for the indicator light to turn off or change color, indicating that the desired temperature has been reached.
4.3 Steam Ironing
The IronHero 3200 Station offers both continuous steam and a powerful steam shot function.
- Continuous Steam (150 g/min): Once the iron reaches the appropriate temperature (usually for cotton or linen settings), press and hold the continuous steam button. Move the iron smoothly over the fabric.
- Steam Shot (420 g/min): For stubborn creases, press the steam shot button. A powerful burst of steam will be released. Wait a few seconds between shots to allow the steam chamber to reheat.

4.4 Auto Shut Off Feature
For safety and energy saving, the IronHero 3200 Station is equipped with an Auto Shut Off function. If the iron is left stationary for a certain period (e.g., 30 seconds horizontally or 8 minutes vertically), it will automatically turn off. To reactivate, simply move the iron.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Soleplate
Allow the iron to cool completely. Wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner if necessary. Do not use harsh scouring pads or metallic cleaners, as these can damage the ceramic coating.
5.2 Anti-Calc Filter and Cyclo Clean System
The IronHero 3200 Station features an anti-calc filter and a Cyclo Clean self-cleaning system to prevent limescale buildup and maintain optimal performance.
- Filter Removal: Regularly check and clean the anti-calc filter. Ensure the iron is cool and unplugged. Remove the filter as shown in Figure 5.1 and rinse it under running water.
- Cyclo Clean: Refer to the specific instructions in the full manual for activating the Cyclo Clean self-cleaning cycle. This typically involves filling the tank, heating the iron, and then activating the cleaning function over a sink to flush out mineral deposits.

5.3 Storage
After use, unplug the iron and allow it to cool completely. Empty any remaining water from the tank. Store the iron in an upright position in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
