4.2 Special Features
4.2.1 Hall Effect Joysticks
The T39 controller is equipped with Hall Effect joysticks, which use magnetic fields instead of physical contacts. This technology virtually eliminates stick drift and provides consistent, pinpoint precision and rapid responses, ensuring a longer lifespan for the joysticks.

4.2.2 Adjustable Vibration Feedback
Enhance your gaming immersion with adjustable vibration. You can cycle through 4 levels of intensity: 0% (off), 30%, 70%, and 100% (default). Refer to the controller's specific button combinations for adjusting vibration (usually a combination of TURBO button and D-pad/joystick movement).

4.2.3 6-Axis Gyro Motion Control
The built-in 6-axis gyro sensor provides precise motion control, allowing for intuitive aiming and movement in compatible games, particularly on the Nintendo Switch.
4.2.4 Customizable Front Button (Macro)
The T39 features a programmable button on the front of the controller, designed to prevent accidental touches common with back paddles. This button can be set to perform complex sequences or single actions, giving you a competitive edge. Refer to the controller's specific instructions for programming this button.

4.2.5 D-pad Lock Function
For games requiring highly precise directional input, the D-pad lock function allows you to disable diagonal inputs, ensuring only cardinal directions are registered. This can be particularly useful in maze games or fighting games where accidental diagonals can be detrimental.
4.2.6 Power On/Off and Wake Function
- To turn off the controller: Press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds.
- To wake the controller: Press the Home button. If previously paired, it will attempt to reconnect to the last device.
4.2.7 Amiibo Support (NFC)
Some versions of the T39 Pro controller include NFC functionality for Amiibo support, allowing you to scan Amiibo figures for in-game bonuses on compatible Nintendo Switch titles. Check your specific model for this feature.
5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EasySMX T39 controller, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the controller. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the controller or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble the controller, as this will void the warranty.
- Charging: Only use the provided USB-C cable or a certified equivalent for charging. Do not overcharge the battery.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your EasySMX T39 controller, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Controller not connecting:
- Ensure the controller is sufficiently charged.
- Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the controller is in pairing mode.
- Try restarting both the controller and the device you are trying to connect to.
- For Switch, ensure you are on the 'Change Grip/Order' screen when pairing.
- Input lag or disconnection:
- Ensure there are no strong electromagnetic interferences nearby.
- Move closer to the connected device.
- Try a wired connection to rule out wireless interference.
- Buttons or joysticks not responding:
- Ensure the controller is properly connected.
- Reset the controller (refer to specific reset instructions in the full manual if available, or try holding the small reset button if present).
- Since it uses Hall Effect joysticks, drift issues are highly unlikely. If you experience unusual joystick behavior, contact support.
- Battery not charging:
- Check the USB-C cable and charging port for any damage.
- Try a different USB port or power adapter.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact EasySMX customer support for further assistance.
