1. Introduction

The Ulefone Armor 24 is a rugged smartphone designed for durability and extended use in challenging environments. It features an ultra-large 22000mAh battery, a powerful 1000LM LED light, advanced camera systems including a 64MP IR night vision camera, and a robust build compliant with IP68/IP69K/MIL-STD-810H standards. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

3. Device Layout

Familiarize yourself with the physical components of your Ulefone Armor 24.

4. Setup

4.1 SIM and TF Card Installation

1. Locate the SIM/TF card slot on the side of the device.
2. Insert the SIM needle into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
3. Place your Nano SIM cards and/or Micro SD/TF card into the appropriate slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

4.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Ulefone Armor 24. The device supports 66W fast charging.

1. Open the protective seal covering the USB-C port at the bottom of the phone.
2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the phone and the 66W power adapter.
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
4. The charging indicator will appear on the screen. A full charge can take approximately 30 minutes for 50% charge.
5. Once charging is complete, securely close the protective seal to maintain water and dust resistance.

4.3 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the Ulefone logo appears.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen, then select "Power off".
• Restart: From the power options, select "Restart".

4.4 Initial Android 14 Setup

Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup of your Android 14 system. This includes selecting your language, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up your Google account, and configuring security features like fingerprint and face unlock.

5. Operating Your Device

5.1 Display Features

The Ulefone Armor 24 features a large 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for scratch and shock resistance.

5.2 Memory and Storage

The device comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM, expandable up to 24GB RAM (with 12GB virtual RAM) and 2TB via TF card. This ensures smooth multitasking and ample storage for your files.

5.3 Camera Features

5.4 1000LM Camping Light

The Ulefone Armor 24 features an integrated 1000-lumen LED light on its rear, providing powerful illumination for various situations. It offers three brightness levels (High, Middle, Low) and three lighting modes (Lighting, Sharp Light, SOS).

• One-Key Switch: Easily activate the light using a dedicated physical switch.
• Brightness Settings: Adjust the intensity of the light through the phone's interface.
• Lighting Modes: Choose between steady illumination, a sharper beam, or an SOS signal for emergencies.

5.5 Reverse Charging

The Ulefone Armor 24's large 22000mAh battery can also function as a power bank, providing 10W reverse charging to other devices.

1. Open the protective seal covering the USB-C port.
2. Connect a compatible USB-C to USB-C cable (or appropriate adapter cable) from your Armor 24 to the device you wish to charge.
3. Ensure the charging direction is set correctly on your Armor 24 if prompted.
4. Securely close the protective seal after use.

5.7 uSmart Expansion Connector

The Ulefone Armor 24 features a dedicated uSmart Expansion Connector, allowing you to attach specialized accessories like endoscopes and microscopes for enhanced functionality.

• Endoscope (uSmart E02/E03): Connect an endoscope to inspect hard-to-reach areas, such as pipes or machinery. The E03 model offers two-way 180° rotation.
• Microscope (uSmart C01): Attach a microscope to examine small objects with high magnification.
• Usage: Simply plug the uSmart accessory into the dedicated port. The phone's software will automatically recognize and display the feed from the accessory.

6.1 Durability and Protection

The Ulefone Armor 24 is built to withstand harsh conditions, certified with IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H ratings. This means it is:

• Water Resistant: Can be submerged in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. Ensure all port seals are securely closed before exposure to water.
• Dustproof: Fully protected against dust ingress.
• Drop-Proof: Designed to withstand drops from up to 1.5 meters onto hard surfaces.
• Extreme Temperature Tolerant: Operates reliably in a wide range of temperatures.
