1. Introduction

Note: A USB power adapter (5V/2A recommended) is not included and must be supplied separately.

3. Setup

3.1 Powering On

1. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the Pixoo 16 device.
2. Plug the USB-A end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
3. The device will power on automatically.

Important: Ensure you use a USB-A to USB-C cable for power. Some USB-C to USB-C cables may not be compatible for power delivery with this device.

3.2 Divoom App Installation

1. Scan the QR code provided in the physical manual or search for "Divoom" in your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Download and install the Divoom application.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.

3.3 Device Connection

1. Ensure your Pixoo 16 is powered on and your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
2. In the Divoom app, tap on "Add Device" or the '+' icon.
3. Select "Pixoo-16" from the list of available devices.

• Device Not Powering On:
  - Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the device and a working power source.
  - Verify that the power adapter or USB port is providing sufficient power (5V/2A recommended).
  - Try a different USB-A to USB-C cable and power adapter.
• Connectivity Issues (App/WiFi):
  - Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled for initial pairing.
  - Confirm that your Pixoo 16 is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  - Restart the Divoom app and the Pixoo 16 device.
