4. Setup

4.1 Filling the Dispenser

1. Gently remove the top cover of the dispenser.
2. For foam soap, pour it directly into the tank.
3. For liquid soap, dilute it with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 before pouring into the tank. Ensure thorough mixing.
4. Replace the top cover securely.

4.2 Charging the Device

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the dispenser.
2. Remove the waterproof plug from the charging port.
3. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the port and a power source.

5. Ensure the waterproof plug is reinserted after charging to maintain IPX5 rating.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the power switch once to turn the dispenser on or off. The indicator light will confirm the status.

5.2 Adjusting Dispensing Volume

The dispenser offers two levels of foam volume based on the distance of your hand from the nozzle:

• Far Distance: Place your hand further from the nozzle. The indicator light will glow white, dispensing a larger amount of foam.
• Close Distance: Place your hand closer to the nozzle. The indicator light will glow green, dispensing a smaller amount of foam.

5.3 Using the Dispenser

Simply place your hand under the nozzle. The infrared sensor will detect your hand and automatically dispense foam. This non-contact method promotes hygiene, especially when hands are soiled.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Internal Cleaning Function

To clean the internal components of the dispenser:

1. Ensure the dispenser is powered on.
2. Double-click the power switch. The indicator light will flash blue.
3. The dispenser will then dispense foam for 20 seconds, cleaning its internal pathways.
4. To stop the cleaning cycle prematurely, click the power switch again.

6.2 External Cleaning

The dispenser has an IPX5 waterproof rating, allowing for easy external cleaning. You can rinse the entire unit under running water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the stainless steel surface.

6.3 Soap Compatibility and Dilution

• The dispenser is compatible with both foam soap and liquid soap.
• Foam soap can be poured directly into the tank.
• Liquid soap must be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part soap to 3-5 parts water to ensure proper foaming and prevent clogging.

7. Troubleshooting

• Dispenser not working while charging: This is normal. The dispenser is designed not to operate during charging for safety.

• No foam dispensed or weak foam:
  • Check if the soap tank is empty and refill if necessary.
  • If using liquid soap, ensure it has been diluted correctly (1:3 to 1:5 soap to water). Undiluted liquid soap can cause clogging.

  • Perform the internal cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.
• Tank deformation after washing: Avoid washing the soap tank with hot water. Use lukewarm or cold water for cleaning.
