Electrical Connection

This appliance requires a dedicated 220-240V AC power supply. It must be hard-wired into your electrical system by a qualified and licensed electrician. Ensure the circuit breaker and wiring are appropriately sized for the cooktop's 7200W power rating.

  • Connect the cooktop's 5-wire cable to the corresponding wires from your home power supply as shown in Figure 2.
  • Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.

Operating Instructions

Control Methods

The cooktop offers two convenient ways to control the burners: a magnetic knob and touch-sensitive controls.

Figure 3: Illustration showing both the magnetic knob control, which can be twisted for adjustments, and the touch-sensitive control panel, allowing direct finger input. The magnetic knob is removable.

  • Magnetic Knob Control: Place the magnetic knob on the designated area. Twist the knob to adjust power levels. The knob can be removed for cleaning or to prevent accidental changes.
  • Touch Sensitive Control: Directly touch the corresponding symbols on the glass panel to select burners, adjust power, or activate functions.

Power Levels and Boost Function

Each of the four burners has 9 adjustable power levels. The cooktop has a total power output of 7200W.

Figure 4: Layout of the four burners with their respective power ratings. The two larger burners can reach 3000W/3400W (15.3 x 8.26 inches), and the two smaller burners can reach 1800W/2100W (7.5 inches). The 'B' indicates the Boost Key.

  • Power Adjustment: Use the knob or touch controls to select a power level from 1 to 9.
  • Boost Function: Press the 'Boost' key (often marked 'B') to temporarily increase the power of a selected burner to 2100W for rapid heating. This function typically lasts for 5 minutes.

2-in-1 Heating Flex Zone

The cooktop features a flexible heating zone that allows you to combine two burner areas into a larger zone for oversized or rectangular cookware.

  • Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the cooktop to cool. Wipe the glass surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.
  • Stubborn Stains: For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive pad. Follow the cleaner's instructions.
