Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device not charging. | Loose connection, faulty cable, device not compatible, power outlet issue. | Ensure cables are securely connected. Try a different cable. Verify device compatibility. Test the power outlet with another device. |
| Slow charging. | Cable quality, device's charging protocol, multiple high-power devices connected. | Use a high-quality cable. Ensure your device supports fast charging protocols (PD, QC). If charging multiple devices, power distribution may reduce individual port speed. Try using a higher wattage USB-C port (C1) for demanding devices. |
| Charger feels warm. | Normal operation, heavy load, insufficient ventilation. | It is normal for the charger to feel warm during heavy use. Ensure it is placed in a well-ventilated area. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect immediately and contact support. |
