1.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon opening the package, ensure all components are present:

Before first use, fully charge the speaker using the provided charging cable. A full charge ensures optimal battery performance.

1.2 Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, press and hold the power button located on the top panel until you hear an audible prompt. To power off, press the power button briefly. The speaker will indicate its power status.

1.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The Tribit XSound Plus 2 utilizes Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and efficient wireless connectivity, offering a range of up to 150 feet. Follow these steps to pair your device:

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode (indicated by a flashing Bluetooth indicator).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Select 'Tribit XSound Plus 2' from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker will become solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

1.4 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing

For an enhanced audio experience, two Tribit XSound Plus 2 speakers can be paired together to create a true wireless stereo sound system. This feature provides distinct left and right audio channels.

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. Press the TWS button on both speakers. They will automatically search for and connect to each other.
3. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master (left channel) and the other as the slave (right channel).
4. Now, connect your device to the master speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 1.3.

2.1 Basic Controls

The built-in microphone allows for hands-free calling when connected to a smartphone. Press the Play/Pause button to answer or end a call.

2.2 Sound Modes and Customization

The XSound Plus 2 offers versatile sound customization. It features 3 button-accessible modes and 6 default settings within the Tribit App, allowing for limitless personalized audio experiences. For users who prefer the sound profile of the MaxSound Plus, a specially designed 'Traditional EQ' setting is available. Ensure your speaker firmware and the Tribit App are updated to the latest versions to access all features.

2.3 XBass Technology

Experience deep, rich bass with Tribit's patented XBass algorithm. This technology, combined with neodymium full-range drivers and advanced DSP, enhances low frequencies to deliver powerful and clear audio. Activate XBass mode via the dedicated button on the speaker or through the Tribit App for an immersive listening experience.

2.4 Battery Life

The Tribit XSound Plus 2 is designed for extended listening sessions, offering up to 24 hours of playtime on a single charge thanks to its RunStretch technology. Actual battery life may vary based on volume levels, audio content, and usage of features like XBass or TWS pairing.

3.1 Waterproofing (IPX7)

The XSound Plus 2 boasts an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This makes it ideal for outdoor use, by the pool, or at the beach. To maintain its waterproof integrity:

• Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposure to water.
• Do not expose the speaker to saltwater or other chemicals, as this may damage the seals.
• After exposure to water, especially chlorinated or saltwater, rinse the speaker with fresh water and dry thoroughly before charging.

3.2 Cleaning

To clean the speaker, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the speaker's finish or internal components.

3.3 Storage

When storing the speaker for extended periods, ensure it is fully charged and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Recharge the speaker every few months to maintain battery health.
