4.3 Installation Steps

  1. Turn off Water Supply: Locate and turn off the hot and cold water supply valves under the sink or at the main water line.
  2. Remove Old Faucet (if applicable): Disconnect the old faucet's water supply lines and mounting hardware. Remove the old faucet.
  3. Install Faucet Handles: Insert the hot and cold water handles into the outer holes of the sink deck. Secure them from underneath with the provided washers and nuts.
  4. Install Faucet Spout: Place the main faucet spout into the center hole of the sink deck. Apply plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the base of the spout if necessary, to create a watertight seal. Secure it from underneath with the provided mounting hardware.
  5. Connect Water Supply Lines: Attach the flexible water supply lines to the hot and cold inlets on the faucet handles and the main spout. Use the quick connectors for easy installation. Connect the other ends of the supply lines to your hot and cold water supply valves. Ensure connections are hand-tight, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn.
  6. Install Pop-Up Drain: Follow the instructions provided with the pop-up drain assembly to install it into the sink drain hole. Ensure all seals are properly seated to prevent leaks.
  7. Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for leaks. If leaks are detected, tighten the connections as needed.
