7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the lens and camera body with a soft, clean, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lens coating or housing.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Resistance: The IP67 rating ensures protection against water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Always ensure all cable connections are secure before exposing the camera to water.
- Lens Fogging: The camera is dry nitrogen purged to prevent internal lens fogging. If external fogging occurs, allow the camera to acclimate to the ambient temperature or wipe gently.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image on MFD/App | No power; Incorrect cable connection; App not connected to Wi-Fi. | Check power source and connections. Ensure app is connected to camera's Wi-Fi. Verify correct video input on MFD. |
| Poor image quality at night | Lens is dirty; Extreme low light conditions; Obstruction in field of view. | Clean the lens. Ensure no physical obstructions. Note that performance is optimal in ultra-low light, not absolute darkness without ambient light. |
| Wi-Fi connection issues | Too far from camera; Interference; Incorrect Wi-Fi password. | Move closer to the camera. Reduce potential interference. Re-enter Wi-Fi password. Restart camera and mobile device. |
