Setup and Installation

Mounting the Dartboard

The Accudart NOVA Electronic Dartboard is designed for wall mounting. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy and capable of supporting the dartboard's weight.

  1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location. The center of the dartboard (bullseye) should be 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 meters) from the floor. The throwing line should be 7 feet 9 ¼ inches (2.37 meters) from the face of the dartboard.
  2. Mark Holes: Hold the dartboard cabinet against the wall at the desired height and mark the positions for the mounting screws. Use a level to ensure it is straight.
  3. Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, insert the provided wall anchors.
  4. Secure Dartboard: Insert screws into the pilot holes/anchors, leaving a small gap. Align the keyhole slots on the back of the dartboard cabinet with the screws and slide the dartboard down to secure it. Tighten the screws until the dartboard is firmly mounted.

Powering the Dartboard

The Accudart NOVA can be powered by either an AC adapter or AA batteries.

  • AC Adapter: Plug the AC adapter into the DC input jack located on the dartboard. Plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
  • Batteries: Open the battery compartment (usually on the back or side) and insert three (3) AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
