1. Place the engine on a level surface.
2. Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
3. Slowly add the recommended engine oil (refer to the engine label or a Briggs & Stratton service manual for oil type) until the oil level reaches the "FULL" mark on the dipstick. The oil capacity is approximately 16 oz (0.47 liters).
4. Do not overfill.
5. Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick securely.

3.4 Adding Fuel
