- Attach Side Tables: Slide the removable side tables into their designated slots on either side of the barbecue body until they click securely into place.
- Insert Cooking Grills: Place the porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grills onto the supports inside the barbecue body. Ensure they sit flat and are properly aligned.
- Install Drip Tray: Slide a disposable drip tray into the catch pan located beneath the cooking box. This collects grease and food debris.
- Connect Gas Bottle (LPG):
- Ensure the gas bottle valve is closed.
- Connect the regulator hose to the gas bottle valve. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not use tools.

After Each Use
- Burn Off: After removing food, turn the burner to high, close the lid, and let the barbecue heat for 10-15 minutes to burn off any remaining food residue on the grills.
- Brush Grills: Once cooled, use a Weber grill brush to clean the cooking grills.
- Check Drip Tray: Replace the disposable drip tray when it is full or after every few uses.
Periodic Cleaning
- Cooking Box: Scrape down the inside of the cooking box with a plastic scraper to remove accumulated grease and debris. Push debris into the catch pan.
- Burner Tube: Ensure the burner tube ports are clear of any blockages. Use a soft brush if necessary.
- Exterior: Clean the exterior surfaces with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
