4. Setup

The tectake heater offers three operating modes to suit your needs throughout the year.

  1. Turning On: Rotate the left mode selector knob from the "OFF (0)" position to your desired setting:
    • For natural air circulation, select the FAN Only mode.
    • For moderate heating, select the LOW (750W) mode.
    • For maximum heating, select the HIGH (1500W) mode.
  2. Adjusting Temperature: Once a heating mode (LOW or HIGH) is selected, use the right thermostat knob to set the desired temperature. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the heat output and counter-clockwise to decrease it. The heater will automatically turn on and off to maintain the set temperature.
  3. Turning Off: Rotate the left mode selector knob back to the OFF (0) position. Unplug the heater from the power outlet when not in use for extended periods.
