Assembly Steps
- Unpack and Identify Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Refer to the parts list in your included manual to ensure all components are present.
- Assemble the Main Reel Tube: Connect the aluminum tube sections. The telescopic design allows for adjustment. Secure connections as per the instructions.
- Attach Wheels and Handle: Secure the wheels to the base frame and attach the hand wheel to the main reel tube.
- Adjust Length to Pool Width: The reel is adjustable to fit various pool widths. For optimal fit, measure your pool and adjust the telescopic tubes accordingly. The reel is suitable for 5.9 feet, 12 feet to 14 feet, and 18 feet to 22.5 feet wide in-ground swimming pools. Note: It is not suitable for 14.1 feet to 17 feet pools.
- Install Straps and Clips: Slide the strap connectors into the grooves of the main reel tube. Evenly disperse them along the length of the tube. Attach the clips to your solar pool cover.

- Turn the hand crank to slowly roll the solar cover onto the reel tube.
- Once the cover is fully rolled up, you can either leave the reel in place or use its wheels to move it away from the pool area for unobstructed swimming.
