- The auto-locking feature activates after 20 seconds of non-usage.
- The appliance will automatically shut off if the glass water jug runs empty (dry-boil protection).
2. Product Components

3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
- Keep packaging for future storage or disposal.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wash the removable glass water jug and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3.3 Positioning the Dispenser
- Place the dispenser on a dry, stable, and level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
- Keep the dispenser away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
3.4 Filling the Water Jug

- Remove the glass water jug from the main unit.
- Fill the jug with fresh, clean water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line (2000ml).
- Place the filled water jug back onto the main unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
3.5 First Boil Cycle (Dechlorination)
For first use, it is recommended to perform a full boil cycle to clean the internal components.
- Fill the water jug to the MAX line.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the dispenser.
- Select the "Boil/Dechlorinate" (212°F) preset.
- Press the dispense button (💧) to start the boiling process.
- Once boiled, discard the hot water safely. Repeat this process 1-2 times.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press the power button (⏻) on the control panel. The display will illuminate.
- To turn off: Press and hold the power button (⏻) for a few seconds until the display turns off.
4.2 Selecting Temperature Presets
The dispenser offers 5 preset temperature functions:
- Warm: 113°F (45°C)
- Milk: 131°F (55°C)
- Tea: 158°F (70°C)
- Coffee: 185°F (85°C)
- Boil/Dechlorinate: 212°F (100°C)
To select a preset, press the "Mode" button (⌖) repeatedly until the desired temperature preset is highlighted on the display.
4.3 Adjusting Temperature (Manual Setting)
You can precisely adjust the temperature from 95°F to 212°F in 9°F increments.
- After powering on, use the "-" and "+" buttons to increase or decrease the target temperature.
- The display will show both the "Set Temp" and "Current Temp".
4.4 Dispensing Hot Water
- Ensure the water jug is filled and the dispenser is powered on.
- Select your desired temperature preset or manually adjust the temperature.
- Wait for the water to reach the set temperature. The "Current Temp" display will indicate the water's actual temperature.
- Place a cup or container under the water outlet.
- Press the dispense button (💧) to start dispensing hot water.
- Press the dispense button again to stop.
4.5 Safety Lock Feature
- The dispenser features an automatic safety lock. If no operation is performed for 20 seconds, the control panel will lock.
- To unlock, press the lock button (🔒) on the control panel.
4.6 Keep Warm Function
Once the water reaches the set temperature, the dispenser will automatically maintain this temperature, keeping the water hot and ready for use throughout the day.
5. Care and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your dispenser.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the dispenser and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the glass water jug and drip tray. Wash them with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing or using again.
5.2 Descaling (Monthly or as needed)
Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up over time, especially in hard water areas. Descaling is important for efficiency.
- Prepare a descaling solution: Mix white vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio, or use a commercial descaling agent suitable for water heaters.
- Pour the solution into the glass water jug, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX line.
- Place the jug back on the unit.
- Run a "Boil/Dechlorinate" cycle (212°F).
- After the cycle, let the solution sit in the jug for 30-60 minutes (or as recommended by the descaling agent).
- Discard the solution safely.
- Rinse the jug thoroughly with fresh water several times to remove any residual descaling agent.
- Perform 2-3 full boil cycles with fresh water, discarding the water each time, to ensure all traces of the descaling solution are removed.
6. Troubleshooting Guide
