5. Setup
5.1 Initial Power Bank Charging
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
- The LCD display will show the charging progress. Charge the power bank fully before first use.
5.2 Powering On/Off
The power bank typically activates automatically when a device is connected for charging. To manually check the battery level or activate, press the power button (if present, usually a small button on the side). The LCD display will illuminate.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Magnetic Wireless Charging
- Ensure your iPhone (12 series or newer) or MagSafe-compatible case is clean and free of debris.
- Align the HETP power bank with the back of your iPhone. The magnets will automatically snap it into place.
- Wireless charging will begin automatically. The LCD display on the power bank will show its remaining charge, and your iPhone will indicate charging status.
- Note: Wireless charging is most efficient when the power bank is directly attached to a MagSafe-compatible device or case. Non-magnetic cases may prevent proper attachment and charging.

6.2 Wired USB-C Charging
- Connect your device's charging cable (USB-C to USB-C, or USB-A to USB-C if using an adapter) to the USB-C port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
- Wired charging will begin. The power bank's LCD display will show its remaining charge.
6.3 Pass-Through Charging
The HETP power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing it to recharge itself while simultaneously charging a connected device (either wirelessly or via USB-C). This feature ensures both devices are powered efficiently.

6.4 LCD Display
The integrated LCD display shows the current battery percentage of the power bank. This allows you to monitor the remaining charge and know when to recharge the unit.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep the battery at approximately 50-70% charge.
