3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps:
- Attach Side Rails to Headboard and Footboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten until all major components are in place.
- Install Center Support Beam: Place the center support beam and attach it to the headboard and footboard. This provides crucial stability for the slat system.
- Position Wooden Slats: Lay the wooden slats across the bed frame. The unique lock design and mute bar features help reduce noise and ensure stability. Ensure each slat is properly seated in its designated position. The card slot design helps prevent the mattress from sliding.
- Assemble and Insert Storage Drawers: Assemble the four storage drawers according to the separate drawer instructions. Once assembled, insert them into the designated spaces beneath the bed frame. The drawers feature a fixed lock system to keep them in place.
- Adjust Headboard Height: The headboard can be adjusted from 40.0 to 42.0 inches. Select the desired height and secure it firmly with the provided hardware. This allows accommodation for mattresses between 6-14 inches in height.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all screws and bolts. Do not overtighten.
4. Operating Instructions
Using the Storage Drawers:
The bed frame includes four integrated storage drawers. To access them, simply pull the drawer handles. To secure them, ensure they are fully pushed in until the fixed lock system engages, preventing accidental rolling out.
- Do not overload drawers beyond their capacity.
- Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects that could damage the drawer mechanism or fabric.
Adjusting the Headboard:
The headboard height is adjustable to accommodate various mattress thicknesses (recommended 6-14 inches). To adjust, loosen the securing bolts on the headboard supports, raise or lower the headboard to the desired position (between 40 and 42 inches), and then firmly retighten the bolts.
