4. Setup
Before first use, it is recommended to clean the machine by running a few cycles of water through it without coffee. This primes the system and removes any manufacturing residues.
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Place the machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level.
- Insert the filter holder into the brewing head without coffee.
- Place a cup under the brewing head.
- Press the espresso button to run a cycle of hot water through the system. Repeat 2-3 times.
- Empty and clean the drip tray.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Making Espresso
The 15-bar pump pressure ensures optimal extraction for a rich espresso with a perfect crema.
- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Select the appropriate filter (1-cup or 2-cup) and place it in the filter holder.
- Add ground coffee to the filter. Use the measuring spoon tamper to lightly tamp the coffee.
- Securely attach the filter holder to the brewing head.
- Place one or two espresso cups on the drip tray under the spouts. The integrated cup warmer helps maintain coffee temperature.
- Press the espresso button (single or double cup icon) to begin brewing. The machine will automatically stop when the desired volume is reached.

5.2. Frothing Milk
The dual-mode steam nozzle allows you to froth or heat milk for various beverages.
- Fill a milk pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy).
- Position the steam nozzle into the milk, ensuring the tip is just below the surface.
- Press the steam button (steam icon) to activate the frother.
- For frothing, keep the tip near the surface to incorporate air. For heating, submerge the tip deeper.
- Once desired texture/temperature is achieved, turn off the steam.
- Immediately clean the steam wand with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying.
