Product Features

  • 3/8-inch Brass Barb: Features a robust brass barb connection, designed to fit most standard 3/8-inch hoses securely, offering superior durability compared to plastic alternatives.
  • Lockable Hand Lever: Equipped with a locking mechanism on the handle, allowing for continuous spraying without constant pressure, which helps reduce hand fatigue during extended use.
  • Adjustable Nozzle: The nozzle can be rotated to easily adjust the spray pattern from a fine mist to a direct stream, accommodating various spraying needs.

Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the Wand to the Handle: Ensure the rubber gasket is properly seated inside the wand's connection point. Screw the stainless steel wand onto the sprayer handle until it is hand-tight.
  2. Attach the Nozzle: Screw the adjustable nozzle tip onto the end of the stainless steel wand. Tighten securely.
  3. Connect to Hose: Cut your existing sprayer hose to the desired length. Slide a hose clamp onto the hose. Insert the brass barb of the sprayer handle into the hose. Position the hose clamp over the barb and tighten it securely to prevent leaks.

Operating Instructions

  1. Activate Spray: Squeeze the hand lever on the sprayer handle to begin spraying.
  2. Adjust Spray Pattern: Rotate the nozzle tip clockwise or counter-clockwise to change the spray pattern. Turning it one way will produce a fine mist, while turning it the other way will create a direct, concentrated stream.
  3. Lock for Continuous Spray: To engage continuous spraying, squeeze the hand lever fully and then push down the orange locking mechanism located near the pivot point of the lever. This will hold the lever in the open position, reducing hand fatigue. To release, simply squeeze the lever again.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, flush the sprayer wand with clean water to remove any chemical residues. This prevents clogging and corrosion.
  • Nozzle Care: If the nozzle becomes clogged, unscrew it and clean any debris from the opening. Ensure the internal gasket is intact and properly seated before reattaching.
  • Storage: Store the sprayer wand in a clean, dry place. During freezing temperatures, ensure all water is drained from the wand and hose to prevent damage. Consider using RV antifreeze if storing in sub-zero conditions.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the hose connections, barb, and nozzle for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Replace worn components as needed.

Troubleshooting

  • No Spray or Weak Spray:
    • Check for clogs in the nozzle or wand. Clean as described in Maintenance.
    • Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.
    • Verify adequate pressure from the sprayer pump.
  • Leaks:
    • Tighten all connections (wand to handle, nozzle to wand, hose clamp).
    • Inspect gaskets and O-rings for damage or improper seating. Replace if necessary.
    • Check the hose for cracks or punctures.
  • Difficulty Adjusting Spray Pattern:
    • Clean the nozzle tip thoroughly to remove any hardened residue.
