Operating Instructions
- Prepare Food: Prepare your desired hot food (e.g., meatballs, queso, chili) and place it into the ceramic warming pot. Place cold appetizers or dippable snacks (e.g., chips, vegetables, crackers) into the surrounding serving trays.
- Power On: Plug the appliance into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The unit is designed to maintain a warm temperature for the central pot.
- Using the Warming Pot: The central ceramic pot is designed to keep pre-cooked foods warm. It is not intended for cooking raw food. Place the lid on the warming pot to retain heat.
- Using the Lazy Susan: The entire serving set features a rotating Lazy Susan design, allowing guests to easily access all food items by gently spinning the tray.

- Cleaning Trays and Pot: The ceramic warming pot, its lid, and all serving trays are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be hand washed in warm, soapy water, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
- Cleaning Heated Base: Wipe the heated base with a soft, non-abrasive, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Ensure no water gets inside the heated base.

Troubleshooting
- Appliance Not Heating:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the outlet itself is functioning by plugging in another appliance.
- Food Not Staying Warm Enough:
- Ensure the lid is properly placed on the ceramic warming pot to retain heat.
- Pre-heat the food before placing it in the warming pot, as it is designed for warming, not cooking.
