2. Setup

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Taking a Measurement
For accurate readings, ensure you are relaxed and have avoided strenuous activity, caffeine, or smoking for at least 30 minutes prior. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arm supported.
- Ensure the cuff is correctly applied and positioned at heart level.
- Press the Power button (
) to begin. The cuff will automatically inflate. - Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete and all air is deflated, the monitor will display and audibly announce your Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse readings.
