The ORALNER Electric Fireplace offers three flexible installation options: recessed, wall-mounted, or freestanding. Choose the method that best suits your space.
4.1 General Preparation
- Unpack the fireplace and all components. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- Ensure the installation location has a grounded 120V AC outlet.
- Maintain a minimum of 2.5 inches of space between the top of the fireplace and any overhead objects (e.g., TV, mantel).
- Remove the front glass panel and any internal packaging materials (cardboard, foam) before permanent installation. This typically involves unscrewing retaining screws on the sides.
- Decide whether to use the included log set or decorative crystals. Place your chosen media into the fireplace's media tray.
4.2 Wall-Mounted Installation
For wall-mounted installation, secure the provided mounting bracket to a wall stud using appropriate screws. Ensure the bracket is level. Then, carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall bracket. Secure the unit to the wall using additional screws if necessary.
4.3 Recessed Installation
For recessed installation, create an opening in your wall according to the specified dimensions (approximately 48.7" W x 16.9" H). Ensure there are framing studs to secure the fireplace. Slide the fireplace into the opening and secure it to the framing studs using the provided screws.
4.4 Freestanding Installation
For freestanding use, attach the included feet or stand to the bottom of the fireplace unit. Place the unit on a stable, level surface.
