Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, abrasive materials, or solvents, as these can damage the finish or internal components.

Battery Care:

To maximize battery lifespan, fully charge the speaker before its first use. Recharge the battery regularly, even if the speaker is not used for extended periods. Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures (hot or cold), as this can degrade battery performance.

Storage:

When not in use, store the speaker in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and dust.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Verify that the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Confirm that the correct input mode (Bluetooth, USB, FM, AUX) is selected.
  • Bluetooth Not Connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the speaker is in pairing mode. Move your device closer to the speaker to reduce interference. Try unpairing the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and then re-pairing.
  • FM Radio Static: Adjust the speaker's position to improve signal reception. Ensure you are in an area with good FM signal. Try performing an auto-scan for stations again.
  • Microphone Not Working: Ensure the microphone is securely plugged into the 'MIC.' input port. If the microphone requires power, ensure it is powered on or has fresh batteries.
