1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using your Audecook Electric Hot Pot. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the power cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquids.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact customer service for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

3. Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the interior of the pot, the glass lid, and the steamer (if included) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the pot with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

Power Adjustment:

The Audecook Electric Hot Pot features a rotary knob on the handle to adjust the power setting:

  • OFF: Turns the appliance off.
  • LOW (200W): Ideal for simmering, keeping food warm, or gentle cooking.
  • HIGH (600W): For rapid heating, boiling, frying, or searing.

Cooking Methods:

This multicooker supports various cooking styles:

  • Boiling: Add water and ingredients to the pot. Select the HIGH power setting to bring to a boil. Reduce to LOW for simmering.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Audecook Electric Hot Pot.

  1. Always Unplug: Before cleaning, ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet and has cooled down completely.
