4. Setup

4.1 Physical Placement

The soundbar can be placed on a tabletop or wall-mounted. The detachable design allows for easier transport and storage.

  • Tabletop Placement: Position the soundbar on a stable, flat surface in front of your TV.
  • Wall Mounting: Use the provided wall mounting kit to securely attach the soundbar to a wall below your TV. Ensure the wall can support the weight of the soundbar.

4.2 Connecting Power

Connect the power adapter to the DC IN socket on the soundbar and then plug it into a wall outlet.

4.3 Audio Connections

The soundbar offers multiple connection options:

  • HDMI-ARC: For optimal audio quality and TV remote control compatibility, connect an HDMI cable (not supplied) from your TV's HDMI ARC port to the soundbar's HDMI ARC input.
  • Optical: Connect the supplied optical cable from your TV's optical output to the soundbar's OPTICAL input.
  • AUX: Use the supplied 3.5mm-3.5mm audio cable to connect devices via the AUX input.
  • Bluetooth 5.3: For wireless connection, enable Bluetooth on your device and pair with the soundbar.

4.4 Powering On and TV Audio Settings

After connecting, press the power button on the soundbar or remote control to turn it on. The indicator light will change from red to blue (Bluetooth), purple (Optical), or green (AUX) depending on the selected input mode.

To avoid audio conflicts, disable your TV's internal speakers and set the audio output to the connected external speaker (e.g., HDMI ARC or Optical).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Remote Control Functions

The included remote control provides full functionality for your soundbar:

  • Power Button: Turns the soundbar on/off.
  • BT Button: Switches to Bluetooth mode. Press and hold for approximately 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
  • Volume +/-: Adjusts the master volume.
  • Mute: Mutes or unmutes the sound.
  • EQ Modes: Select from three optimized sound modes:
    Movie: Enhanced bass and surround effects for films.
    Music: Balanced sound for music playback.
    News: Clearer vocals for news and dialogue.
  • Input Selection: Dedicated buttons for OPT (Optical), ARC (HDMI-ARC), AUX, and BT (Bluetooth).

5.2 On-Unit Button Controls

The soundbar also features integrated buttons for basic control:

  • Power: Short press to turn on/off.

  • Mode/Source: Cycles through input modes (Optical, ARC, Bluetooth, AUX).

5.3 Compatible TV Remote Controls

When connected via HDMI-ARC, your TV remote can control the soundbar's volume and power. The soundbar is also compatible with Fire TV or TV Stick remotes. For Roku box or Roku TV compatibility, additional remotes can be provided upon request.
