Call Quality

Equipped with 6 HD microphones and Clear Voice technology, the earbuds ensure clear and realistic calls by accurately capturing the human voice.

Single Earbud Use

You can use either earbud independently while the other remains in the charging case. Note that in single earbud mode, you will only hear the audio channel corresponding to the earbud in use (e.g., right earbud plays only the right audio channel).

Multi-Point Connection

The earbuds support multi-point connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously. To switch between devices, simply pause playback on the current device and start playback on the other.

Low Latency Gaming Mode

Activate Low Latency Mode via the app for a minimized delay, ideal for gaming.

In-Ear Detection

The earbuds feature in-ear detection to automatically play or pause audio when inserted or removed. Note: Some users may experience inconsistent performance with this feature depending on ear shape.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your CMF Buds Pro, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Ear Tips: Clean the ear tips periodically to prevent wax buildup, which can affect sound quality.
  • Water Resistance: The earbuds are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance, making them suitable for workouts and light rain. The charging case is IP55 rated. Avoid submerging the earbuds or case in water.
  • Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your CMF Buds Pro.

IssueSolution
Cannot pair with Nothing X app after factory reset (iOS)1. Open Settings > Bluetooth on your phone. 2. If earbuds are listed, tap "i" and "Forget This Device". 3. Open Nothing X app and try pairing again.
Device sometimes cannot detect earbuds during pairingThis may be due to a phone's Bluetooth logic. Try turning Bluetooth off/on, or restart your phone, then try pairing again.
Cannot use app to connect during a call (iOS)iOS devices use BLE protocol for app connection. During a call, system processing power and communication bandwidth are prioritized for the call, stopping BLE communication. This is normal.
Earbuds take a while to output sound after connectingCompatibility issues with Bluetooth reconnection/dual-connection functions may cause slow output. This is common with TWS Bluetooth earphones. Connect directly to the device for best experience.
Cannot use gesture controls to switch songsEnsure you are touching the correct area. Some apps may not support the switch command, preventing control from earbuds. This is not an earbud issue.
Cannot adjust volume using gesturesCompatibility issues with Bluetooth protocol version on some devices. Try connecting to other devices to adjust volume. This indicates the problem is with the device, not the earbuds.
