1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the JGUG Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds, Model T12. These earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), Hi-Fi sound, stable Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and a comfortable, lightweight design. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new earbuds.

2. Product Overview

The JGUG T12 earbuds come with a compact charging case featuring a digital LED display to show battery levels. The earbuds themselves are ergonomically designed for a secure and comfortable fit.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress.

4.2 First-Time Pairing

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "T12" from the list.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

4.3 Subsequent Pairing

After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when you open the charging case and take them out. If they don't connect automatically, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and select "T12" from your device's Bluetooth settings.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case lid and take out the earbuds. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically and begin charging.

5.2 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Tap either earbud once.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Triple-tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Double-tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Double-tap the left earbud.

5.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Tap either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

5.4 Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

5.5 Single/Dual Ear Mode

The earbuds can be used independently. You can use one earbud while the other is in the charging case. To switch to dual ear mode, simply take out the second earbud from the case.

6.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For ear tips, remove them and clean with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

6.2 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.

6.3 Battery Care

To prevent battery degradation, if the earbuds are not used for a long period, please periodically charge the charging case and earbuds.
