Important Safety Instructions

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the interior of the main pot, the glass lid, and the steamer tray (if included) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the main pot body or power cord in water.
  3. Placement: Place the hot pot on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  4. Connect Power: Insert the power cord into the appliance's power inlet, then plug the other end into a standard 110V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Audecook Hot Pot Electric offers dual power control for versatile cooking.

General Cooking

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired food and liquid (if necessary) into the main pot. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
  2. Select Power: Turn the control knob to select the desired power level:
    • 250W (Low Power): Ideal for gentle cooking such as eggs, oatmeal, or simmering soups.
    • 600W (High Power): Suitable for rapid boiling, searing steaks, cooking noodles, or preparing hot pot.
  3. Cook: Place the glass lid on the pot. Monitor your food through the transparent lid. Stir occasionally if needed.
  4. Finish Cooking: Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
  5. Serve: Use the provided ladle or appropriate utensils to serve. Exercise caution as the pot and its contents will be hot.

Steaming (If Steamer Tray is Included)

  1. Add Water: Pour an appropriate amount of water into the main pot, ensuring it does not touch the bottom of the steamer tray.
  2. Place Steamer Tray: Insert the steamer tray into the main pot.
  3. Add Food: Place vegetables, buns, or other items to be steamed onto the steamer tray.
  4. Steam: Cover with the glass lid and select the 600W power setting for rapid steaming.
  5. Monitor: Steam until food is cooked to your preference.
  6. Finish: Turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug. Carefully remove the lid and steamer tray, as steam will be hot.

Care and Maintenance

Troubleshooting
