Setup and Assembly

1. Place the Motor Unit: Position the motor unit on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
2. Assemble the Blade: Ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the bottom of the blender jug.

Operating Instructions

Your Tefal PerfectMix+ Highspeed Blender is designed for efficient blending of various ingredients. Always ensure the blender is properly assembled before operation.

General Blending

1. Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the blender jug. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the jug. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
2. Secure Lid: Ensure the lid is securely closed and the measuring cup is in place.
3. Select Speed: Turn the control dial to your desired speed setting or select a pre-programmed function (if available). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase if needed.
4. Blend: Allow the blender to operate until the desired consistency is achieved. For tough ingredients, use the pulse function for short bursts.
5. Stop: Turn the control dial to the "OFF" position or press the stop button.
6. Remove Jug: Wait until the blades have completely stopped before removing the jug from the motor unit.

Using the Pulse Function

The pulse function provides short bursts of power at maximum speed, ideal for chopping ingredients, breaking down larger pieces, or for quick cleaning.

• Press and hold the "Pulse" button for short intervals. Release to stop.
• Do not use the pulse function continuously for extended periods.

Tips for Best Results

• Cut large food items into smaller pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) before blending.
• When blending thick mixtures, you may need to add more liquid to achieve a smoother consistency.
• Do not blend extremely hot liquids immediately after boiling. Allow them to cool slightly to prevent pressure buildup.
• Avoid overfilling the jug to prevent spills and ensure efficient blending.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your blender. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

Quick Clean

1. After use, rinse the jug.
2. Fill the jug with warm water and a drop of dish soap.
3. Secure the lid and run the blender on a low speed or pulse for 10-20 seconds.
4. Empty the jug and rinse thoroughly.

Thorough Cleaning

1. Disassemble: Carefully remove the blender jug from the motor unit. Detach the blade assembly from the jug.
