Instruction Manual

1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read this manual carefully before assembly and operation. Keep this manual for future reference. Incorrect assembly or use may result in serious injury or damage to the product.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially when mounting the display.

4.1 Assemble the Base

  1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Attach the vertical support columns to the base frame using the provided bolts. Ensure they are securely tightened.

4.2 Install the Motorized Lift Mechanism

  1. Carefully attach the motorized lift mechanism to the vertical support columns. Follow the specific instructions in the hardware kit for bolt placement.
  2. Connect the motor cables as indicated in the wiring diagram (refer to the separate wiring diagram if provided).

4.3 Attach VESA Mounting Brackets to Display

  1. Identify the correct VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
  2. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV.
  3. Securely attach the VESA mounting brackets to the back of your TV. Do not overtighten.

4.4 Mount the Display to the Cart

  1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached VESA brackets onto the motorized lift mechanism.
  2. Ensure the brackets hook securely onto the main mounting plate.
  3. Engage the safety locks on the VESA brackets to prevent accidental dislodgement.

4.5 Install Accessory Shelf (Optional)

Attach the accessory shelf to the designated points on the vertical columns, if desired, using the provided hardware.

5. Operating Instructions

The SpeaKa Professional SP-TVC-800 is operated using the included remote control.

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • Connect the power adapter to the cart's control box and then to a power outlet.
  • The cart is now in standby mode. Press the power button on the remote to activate.

5.2 Height Adjustment

  • Use the UP arrow button on the remote to raise the display.
  • Use the DOWN arrow button on the remote to lower the display.
  • Release the button to stop at the desired height.

5.3 Tilt Adjustment

  • Use the TILT UP button on the remote to tilt the display upwards.
  • Use the TILT DOWN button on the remote to tilt the display downwards.
  • Release the button to stop at the desired tilt angle.

5.4 Moving the Cart

  • Unlock all four caster wheels before moving the cart.
  • Push the cart slowly and carefully, especially when a display is mounted.
  • Once in the desired position, lock all four caster wheels to ensure stability.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your TV cart.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
  • Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly routed and not pinched or tangled.
  • Motor Care: Do not overload the motorized mechanism. If you notice unusual noises or resistance, discontinue use and contact support.
