7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your monitor, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and exterior. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

    • Check your host device's display settings to ensure the external monitor is detected and enabled.
  • No Audio:
    • Ensure the volume is not muted or set too low in both the monitor's OSD menu and your host device's audio settings.
    • Verify the HDMI connection is secure, as audio is transmitted via HDMI.
  • Incompatibility Issues:
    • This monitor is specifically noted as NOT working with Mac systems or PlayStation 5 (PS5).
