Setup

1. Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank from the main unit. Fill it with hot tap water up to the indicated line. Add the appropriate amount of Shark Deep Clean Pro solution as per the instructions on the solution bottle.
2. Fill OXY Multiplier Reservoir: Fill the separate OXY Multiplier reservoir with the concentrated Shark OXY Multiplier solution.
3. Attach Hose and Tool: Unwind the hose from the main unit. Select the desired cleaning attachment (e.g., Integrated Crevice Tool, Pet Mess Extractor) and securely attach it to the end of the hose.
4. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button located on the top of the main unit.
2. Pre-Treat (Optional): For heavily soiled areas, you may spray a small amount of solution directly onto the stain using the spray trigger on the handheld tool and allow it to sit for a few minutes.
3. Spray & Scrub: Hold the handheld tool over the stained area. Press the spray trigger to dispense the cleaning solution while simultaneously scrubbing the area with the brush attachment.
4. Extract: Release the spray trigger and tilt the handheld tool to engage the suction. Slowly pull the tool across the treated area to extract the dirty solution. Repeat until the area is clean and as dry as possible.
5. Rinse (Optional): For a thorough rinse, fill the clean water tank with only hot tap water (no solution). Repeat the spray and extract steps with plain water.

Maintenance & Cleaning

1. Empty Dirty Water Tank: After each use, remove the dirty water tank from the main unit. Empty the contents into a sink or toilet. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
2. Clean Attachments: Detach all cleaning tools from the hose. Rinse them under running water to remove any debris. For tools with removable brush heads, separate them for easier cleaning.
3. Clean Hose (Rinse & Go Feature): Attach the hose cleaning tool to the main unit. This feature sends clean water through the hose to flush out any remaining solution or debris.
4. Store: Once all components are clean and dry, wrap the hose and power cord neatly around their designated storage areas on the main unit. Store the attachments in the provided accessory bag or on the unit itself.

Troubleshooting

• No Suction: Ensure the dirty water tank is correctly seated and sealed. Check for any clogs in the hose or attachment.
• No Spray: Verify that the clean water tank and OXY Multiplier reservoir are filled and properly installed. Check for any blockages in the spray nozzle.
• Machine Not Turning On: Confirm the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
• Streaking: This may indicate too much solution was used or the area was not thoroughly extracted. Rinse the area with plain water and extract again.
