Setup and Assembly

4. Attach Footrest: Slide the footrest ring onto the gas lift pole and secure it according to the instructions, ensuring it is at the correct height and stable.
5. Final Check: Before use, ensure all connections are tight and the stool is stable.

Operating Instructions

Your VASAGLE bar stools are designed for ease of use and comfort.

Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height:

• To Raise: While standing, pull the adjustment lever upwards. The seat will automatically rise. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.
• To Lower: While seated, pull the adjustment lever upwards. The seat will lower under your weight. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.

Swivel Function

The seat features a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation without moving the base of the stool. Simply turn the seat in the desired direction.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the PU Surface: The PU surface can be easily cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the material.
• Cleaning the Metal Parts: The matte black support, footrest, and base can also be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure to dry the steel structure thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust.
• Regular Checks: Periodically inspect all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the PU material to fade or crack over time.

Troubleshooting

• Stool is Wobbly: Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the base is on a flat, even surface.
• Height Adjustment Not Working: Verify that the gas lift cylinder is correctly installed and not obstructed. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
• Squeaking Noises: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving parts, such as the swivel mechanism or gas lift, if squeaking occurs.
• Difficulty Swiveling: Check for any obstructions under the seat or around the swivel mechanism. Ensure the stool is not overloaded.
