Setup
- Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blending shaft, whisk, food processor bowl, blades, beaker) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or disassembling any parts.
- To attach the blending shaft or whisk: Align the attachment with the motor body and twist until it locks securely into place.
- To attach the food processor: Place the desired blade or disc onto the center post in the food processor bowl. Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the tab on the lid with the slot on the bowl. Then, attach the assembled food processor bowl and lid to the motor body by aligning and twisting until it locks.
Operating Instructions
Using the Immersion Blender
- Attach the blending shaft to the motor body.
- Plug the unit into a power outlet.
- Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients. Ensure the blade cover is fully submerged to prevent splashing.
- Press and hold the Unlock/On button.
- Adjust the blending speed using the variable speed control slider on the top of the motor body. Slide up for higher speed, down for lower speed.
- Move the blender up and down in the mixture to ensure even blending.
- Release the Unlock/On button to stop the blender.
- Unplug the unit before detaching the blending shaft.
Using the Food Processor Attachment
- Attach the desired blade (chopping/mixing) or disc (slicing/shredding) onto the center post in the food processor bowl.
- Add ingredients to the food processor bowl. Do not overfill.
- Secure the lid onto the food processor bowl.
- Attach the assembled food processor to the motor body.
- Plug the unit into a power outlet.
- Press and hold the Unlock/On button.
- For slicing or shredding, use the pusher to guide ingredients through the feed tube.
- Release the Unlock/On button to stop the food processor.
- Unplug the unit before disassembling.
Using the Whisk Attachment
- Attach the whisk to the motor body.
- Plug the unit into a power outlet.
- Immerse the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., egg whites, cream).
- Press and hold the Unlock/On button.
- Adjust the whisking speed using the variable speed control slider.
- Whisk until desired consistency is achieved.
- Release the Unlock/On button to stop the whisk.
- Unplug the unit before detaching the whisk.
Cleaning and Maintenance
