Setup
Battery Charging and Installation
- Connect the 20V Max* 2 Amp battery charger to a standard power outlet.
- Insert the 2.0 Ah or 4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery into the charger. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
- Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
- To install the battery into any tool, align the battery with the tool's battery slot and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove the battery, press the release button and slide the battery out.
String Trimmer Assembly
- Attach the cutting head shield to the string trimmer using the provided mounting screw. Ensure it is securely fastened to protect against debris.
