Key Features:
- Rapid Programs: A comprehensive set of quick programs, utilizing the Speed Drive Motor to reduce wash times by up to 50% without compromising results.
- Quick&Clean Technology: An exclusive system that mixes water and detergent into a concentrated solution, sprayed at high pressure to penetrate fabric fibers deeply. This enhances detergent power, allowing for effective washing at lower temperatures (e.g., 40°C results at 20°C, 60°C results at 40°C).
- hOn App Connectivity: Access over 60 washing programs, receive garment care advice, and get recommendations on detergent quantities. The app also monitors efficiency and consumption, providing real-time statistics for optimal performance and maintenance.
- Steam Hygiene Plus: A program tested and approved by the British Allergy Foundation, ensuring deep cleaning and sanitization through steam treatment.
2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. The appliance comes with a drain hose, power cable, and a 6-digit display. Ensure all transport bolts are removed from the rear of the machine before use. Failure to do so can cause significant damage during operation.
2.2 Placement
Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for ventilation and connections. The product dimensions are approximately 60 cm (width) x 62 cm (depth) x 85 cm (height). A compact depth of 53 cm (excluding door/hoses) allows for space-saving installation.

2.3 Connections
- Water Supply: Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap with a 3/4" thread. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.
- Drainage: Securely attach the drain hose to a standpipe or place it over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is at an appropriate height (60-100 cm from the floor) to prevent siphoning.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications of the appliance. Do not use extension cords or adapters.
2.4 Leveling
Adjust the machine's feet to ensure it is perfectly level. Use a spirit level to check. A level machine reduces vibration and noise during operation.
3. Operating Instructions

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your washing machine.
4.1 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser
Remove the detergent drawer and rinse it under running water to remove any detergent residue or mold buildup. Clean the housing of the drawer with a brush.
4.2 Cleaning the Filter
Locate the drain pump filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Place a shallow container underneath to catch any water. Unscrew the filter slowly, allow water to drain, then remove and clean any lint or debris. Reinsert and tighten the filter.
4.3 Cleaning the Drum and Door Seal
Wipe the inside of the drum and the rubber door seal after each wash to prevent mold and odors. Periodically run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a descaling agent).
4.4 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, refer to the following common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not start | Power cord unplugged, door not closed, program not selected, 'Start' button not pressed. | Check power connection, ensure door is latched, select a program, press 'Start'. |
| No water filling | Water tap closed, inlet hose kinked, water pressure too low. | Open water tap, straighten hose, check household water supply. |
| Water not draining | Drain hose kinked or blocked, drain pump filter clogged. | Check and clear drain hose, clean the drain pump filter (see Section 4.2). |
| Excessive vibration/noise | Machine not level, transport bolts not removed, uneven load. | Adjust leveling feet, ensure transport bolts are removed, redistribute laundry in the drum. |
| Poor wash results | Overloading, incorrect detergent dosage, wrong program selected. | Reduce load size, use correct detergent amount, select appropriate program for fabric type. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please refer to the warranty and support information.
