4.2 Power and Network Connection
The camera supports two power options:
- Power over Ethernet (PoE): Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable from a PoE-enabled switch or NVR directly to the camera's RJ45 port. This single cable provides both power and network connectivity.
- DC 12V/2A Adapter: If PoE is not available, connect a DC 12V/2A power adapter (not included) to the auxiliary power port and an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port for network connectivity.
Ensure a stable network connection for optimal performance.
4.3 Connecting to Browser (PC)
To access the camera's interface via a web browser:
- Ensure the camera is connected to your network.
- Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network.
- Enter the camera's IP address in the browser's address bar. The default IP address is typically
192.168.1.108, but it may vary. Refer to the camera's packaging or use a network scanner tool to find the correct IP address. - Enter the default username (
admin) and password (admin123) when prompted. It is highly recommended to change these default credentials immediately after the initial login for security purposes. - Once logged in, you can view the live feed, configure settings, and manage alarms.

4.4 Connecting to Smartphone App (TSEye)
For remote viewing and control, use the TSEye smartphone application:
- Download the "TSEye" app from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS).
- Open the app and register an account if you are a new user, or log in with existing credentials.
- Add your camera by selecting "Wired Devices" and then "Search Local Devices" or manually entering the camera's serial number/IP address.
- Once added, you can view the live feed and access various camera functions.
- A security tip will appear, reminding you to change the default password for improved privacy and security.

4.5 Connecting to NVR (Network Video Recorder)
The camera is ONVIF compatible, allowing integration with compatible NVR systems:
- Ensure your NVR supports 5MP resolution for optimal image quality. If your NVR does not support 5MP, you may need to lower the camera's resolution settings via the browser interface to match your NVR's capabilities.
- Connect the camera to the NVR's PoE port or to the same network as the NVR.
- Access your NVR's interface and use its device search function to find the IP camera.
- Add the camera to your NVR system, providing the camera's IP address, username (
admin), and password (admin123). Remember to change the default password for security.

- Verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected and the network is active.
- If using PoE, ensure the PoE switch/NVR is providing power. If using a DC adapter, ensure it is correctly connected and powered.
- Check the camera's IP address. If it's set to a static IP that conflicts with your network or is outside your network's range, you may need to temporarily adjust your computer's IP settings to access the camera's web interface and change it to DHCP or a compatible static IP.
- No Video Feed:
- Ensure the camera is powered on and connected to the network.
- If connecting to an NVR, confirm the NVR supports the camera's 5MP resolution. If not, lower the camera's resolution settings.
- Check browser compatibility; some older browsers may require plugins.
- Cannot Log In:
- Confirm the username and password are correct. Default credentials are
admin/admin123. - If you have changed the password and forgotten it, refer to the manufacturer's support for password reset procedures.
