1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your JCLOUD A311-All Black Waterless Scent Air Machine. This device utilizes cold air diffusion technology to effectively disperse essential oils, covering areas up to 2000 sq. ft. It features a sleek all-black design and offers intuitive control via a dedicated mobile application or default settings.

2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged. The package should include the scent air machine, power adapter, wall mounting bracket, screws, wall anchors, key, and a PU tube for HVAC connection.

2.2 Wall Mounting (Optional)

If you choose to wall-mount the device, follow these steps:

1. Mark the desired location on the wall for the mounting bracket.
2. Use the bracket to mark the drill holes.
3. Drill holes at the marked positions.
4. Insert the wall anchors into the drilled holes.
5. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall with screws.
6. Align the machine's bottom holes with the bracket's holes and screw it on securely.

2.3 Filling the Essential Oil Bottle

1. Unlock the top cover of the machine using the provided key.
2. Remove the empty essential oil bottle by unscrewing it from the diffuser head.
3. Fill the bottle with your preferred waterless essential oil. Do not overfill.
4. Screw the diffuser head tightly back onto the filled bottle.
5. Place the assembled bottle and diffuser head back into the machine and lock the top cover.

2.4 HVAC System Connection (Optional)

For whole-home scenting, connect the device to your HVAC system:

1. Unscrew the cover on the top of the machine.
2. Install the quick connectors into the designated ports.
3. Connect the PU tube to the quick connectors.
4. Measure the appropriate length of the PU tube to reach your AC duct.
5. Cut the PU tube to the measured length.
6. Insert the other end of the PU tube into the AC duct.

2.5 Power Connection

Plug the power adapter into the machine's power port and then into a standard electrical outlet. The device will power on automatically.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 App Control (Recommended)

For full control and customization, use the 'Scent Marketing' mobile application:

1. Download the 'Scent Marketing' app from your device's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
3. Open the app and select the Bluetooth version.
4. Connect to your JCLOUD A311 device (usually listed as A311 or Aroma diffuser).
5. Enter the default password: 8888.
6. Within the app, you can set up to 5 working periods, define start and stop times, and choose specific days for operation.
7. Adjust the scent grade (intensity) from 1 to 9, or set custom work/stop times in seconds for precise control.
8. Save your settings.

3.2 Manual Operation (Without App)

If you choose not to use the app, the diffuser will operate in a default intermittent mode:

• Work for 5 seconds.
• Pause for 240 seconds.
• This cycle will repeat continuously.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Vaporizer Head

To ensure optimal performance and prevent clogging, clean the vaporizer head regularly (at least every 30 days). Use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. Remove the essential oil bottle, detach the vaporizer head, and clean it thoroughly according to the instructions provided in the full product manual or by contacting customer support.

4.2 Refilling Essential Oil

When the essential oil level is low, follow the steps in Section 2.3 to refill the bottle. Always use pure essential oils designed for waterless diffusers.

5. Troubleshooting

• Device not diffusing scent: Check if the essential oil bottle is properly installed and contains oil. Ensure the vaporizer head is clean and not clogged. Verify power connection.
• Weak scent output: Adjust the scent grade or custom work/stop times in the app to increase intensity. Clean the vaporizer head if it hasn't been cleaned recently. Ensure the device is placed optimally for scent distribution.
• App connection issues: Ensure Bluetooth is on and the device is within range. Restart the app and the diffuser. Re-enter the default password (8888) if prompted.
• Device operating intermittently without app: This is the default operation mode (5 seconds work, 240 seconds pause). This is normal and not a malfunction. Use the app for customized scheduling.
