4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, wash all removable parts (mixing chamber, lid, extrusion screw, molds, measuring cups, cleaning tools) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.

4.2 Assembly Steps

  1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the mixing chamber into the main unit, ensuring it clicks into place securely.
  3. Place the extrusion screw inside the mixing chamber.
  4. Attach the desired pasta mold to the front of the mixing chamber, twisting it until it is firmly locked.
  5. Close the lid of the mixing chamber, ensuring it is properly aligned and secured. The machine will not operate if the lid is not correctly closed.

5. Operation

5.1 Ingredient Preparation

For best results, use high-quality pasta flour (e.g., durum wheat semolina) and cold water or eggs. Refer to the suggested ratios on the machine's lid or in the recipe section (if applicable) for precise measurements. Typically, for 2-3 portions, you will need approximately 200-250g of flour and 70-80ml of liquid.

5.2 Making Pasta

  1. Ensure the machine is correctly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Add the measured flour into the mixing chamber.
  3. Close the lid.
  4. Start the machine by pressing the appropriate button (refer to control panel markings). The machine will begin mixing the flour.
  5. Slowly pour the measured liquid (water or egg mixture) through the small opening on the lid while the machine is mixing. Pour gradually to allow the flour to absorb the liquid evenly.
  6. The machine will automatically mix and knead the dough. After a few minutes, it will switch to extrusion mode.
  7. As the pasta extrudes from the mold, use the provided cutting tool to cut the pasta to your desired length.
  8. Collect the fresh pasta. It can be cooked immediately.
