2.2 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge the headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphone and to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are charged.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for "GT-A10" or "Bingozones A10" in the list of available devices.
4. Select the headphones to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue or flash slowly.

2.4 Wired Mode

To use the headphones in wired mode, connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio jack on the headphone and the other end to your audio device. This mode works even if the headphone battery is depleted.

  3. Delete "GT-A10" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  4. Ensure the headphones are within the Bluetooth range (up to 33 feet).
• No Sound:
  1. Check volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
  2. If in wired mode, ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is securely connected.
  3. If in Bluetooth mode, ensure the headphones are properly paired and connected.
• ANC Not Working Effectively: Ensure the ANC feature is toggled on. Some ambient noise may still be audible, especially sudden or high-frequency sounds.
