Maintenance

Recommended Replacement Schedule:

  • Side Brushes and HEPA Filters: Replace every 1-3 months, especially in homes with pets or high dust levels.
  • Main Roller Brush: Replace every 6 months.

Cleaning Instructions:

  • Washable Parts: The side brushes and HEPA filters can be rinsed with water. Ensure they are air-dried fully (approximately 24 hours) before reinstallation. Do not soak these parts.
  • Main Roller Brush: Use the cleaning tool provided with your robot vacuum to remove hair and debris from the main brush. The quick-release caps facilitate easy hair removal.

Tip for Bent Side Brushes:

If side brushes appear bent or curled due to shipping, soak them in warm water for a few minutes. This will help them recover their original shape and will not affect their quality or performance.

Troubleshooting

If your robot vacuum's cleaning performance decreases after replacing parts, consider the following:

  • Incorrect Installation: Double-check that all parts are installed correctly and securely according to the instructions in the "Installation Guide" section.
  • Part Condition: Ensure the new parts are free from manufacturing defects.
  • Other Robot Issues: If the problem persists, the issue might not be related to the replacement parts. Refer to your robot vacuum's original user manual for further troubleshooting.
