3. Setup Guide
3.1. Charging the Smart Watch
Before initial use, fully charge your Popglory P95 Smart Watch. Connect the provided charging cable to the magnetic charging points on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

3.2. App Download and Installation
To unlock the full potential of your smartwatch, download the FitCloudPro app from your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app and grant all necessary permissions for optimal performance.

3.3. Pairing with Your Smartphone
After installing the FitCloudPro app, open it and create/log in to your account. Navigate to the 'Device' section and select 'Add Peripheral Now' or 'Search Now'. The app will search for your P95 Smart Watch. Once found, click on 'P95' and then click the icon on the watch screen to complete the connection. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

4. Operating Your Smart Watch
4.1. Basic Navigation and Interface
The Popglory P95 features a 2.01-inch high-definition full touch screen for intuitive navigation. Swipe left/right to access different widgets and functions. Swipe down from the top to access the shortcut menu. Press the power button twice to enter the main menu.

4.2. Answering/Making Calls and Voice Assistant
After connecting your watch to the FitCloudPro app and enabling the voice assistant function in your phone settings, you can make and answer calls directly from your watch. You can also use the AI voice control to ask questions, play music, check the weather, and set alarms/timers.

4.3. Message Notifications
Receive real-time notifications for SMS, email, and social media directly on your wrist. Note: This watch cannot reply to messages.

4.4. Health Monitoring
The smartwatch can monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and blood pressure. It also includes a female cycle recording function with thoughtful reminders. For sleep tracking, it provides detailed analysis of sleep quality and duration across different stages. Note: All data is for fitness reference only, not for medical purposes.

4.5. Fitness Tracking
With over 110 different sports modes, the fitness tracker allows you to easily track your steps, calories burned, distance, and speed. Select your preferred sport mode from the watch menu to begin tracking your workout.

4.6. Customizing Watch Faces
Personalize your watch by changing the watch face. You can choose from built-in watch faces or upload custom photos from your album via the FitCloudPro app.

4.7. Modifying Units
You can adjust the units for distance, weight, and temperature within the FitCloudPro app to suit your preferences (e.g., Metric/Imperial, Celsius/Fahrenheit).

The watch offers additional features such as music control, remote camera shutter, 'Find Phone' and 'Find Watch' functions, Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, password protection, and brightness adjustment.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Battery Life
The Popglory P95 Smart Watch offers impressive battery performance: up to 25 days in standby mode, 15 days in power-saving mode, and 7 days in normal use. Actual battery life may vary based on usage patterns.
5.2. Band Removal and Installation
The watch bands are designed for easy removal and installation, allowing you to switch between the included silicone and stainless steel bands. To remove, push the spring lock on the band. To install, align the pin with the small hole on the watch and release the spring lock.

5.3. Water Resistance
The Popglory P95 Smart Watch has an IP67 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected from dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. While it is water-resistant, it is not recommended for prolonged water exposure such as swimming or showering, as this may affect its long-term performance.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. Watch Not Connecting to Phone
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Make sure the FitCloudPro app has all necessary permissions granted in your phone's settings. If not, uninstall and reinstall the app, allowing all permissions during setup.
- Restart both your smartphone and the smartwatch.
- Try re-pairing the devices through the FitCloudPro app.
6.2. Notifications Not Appearing
- Verify that message notifications are enabled for specific apps within the FitCloudPro app's 'Push Notifications' settings.
- Check your phone's system notification settings to ensure notifications are allowed for the FitCloudPro app.
- Ensure the watch is properly connected via Bluetooth.
6.3. Inaccurate Health Data
- Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, but not too tight.
- Clean the sensor on the back of the watch regularly.
- Remember that data is for fitness reference only and not for medical diagnosis.
