2. Safety Information

• Electrical Safety: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician or a competent person in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations. Always disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before installation, maintenance, or bulb replacement.
• Voltage: Ensure the supply voltage matches the fixture's specified voltage (230 Volts).
• Bulb Compatibility: Use only E27 base bulbs with a maximum wattage of 40W per socket. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
• Indoor Use Only: This fixture has an IP20 rating, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but has no protection against water. It is designed for indoor use only in dry locations.
• Handling: Handle the fixture with care to avoid damage to the wood, metal components, or electrical wiring.
• Heat: Bulbs can become hot during operation. Allow them to cool before touching or replacing.

Important: Ensure power is disconnected at the main circuit breaker before beginning installation.

1. Prepare the Installation Area: Choose a suitable location on the ceiling for mounting. Ensure the ceiling can support the weight of the fixture.
2. Mount the Ceiling Plate: Detach the mounting plate from the fixture. Position the mounting plate on the ceiling and mark the drilling points. Drill holes and insert appropriate wall anchors (if necessary). Secure the mounting plate to the ceiling using the provided screws.
3. Connect Wiring: Carefully connect the household electrical wires to the corresponding wires of the fixture. Typically, this involves connecting live (L), neutral (N), and ground (E) wires. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
4. Attach the Fixture: Carefully lift the fixture and attach it to the mounted ceiling plate, securing it with the screws or fasteners provided. Ensure the fixture is firmly in place.
5. Install Bulbs: Screw four E27 base bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not overtighten.

6. Operating Instructions

Once installed and powered, the Globo AGL MINA light fixture operates via a standard wall switch connected to your household electrical system. Simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light on or off.

• Dimmability: If you have installed dimmable E27 bulbs and your electrical system includes a compatible dimmer switch, you can adjust the light intensity. Refer to your dimmer switch's instructions for operation.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish of the metal or wood.
• Bulb Replacement: Ensure the fixture is turned off and bulbs have cooled completely before attempting to replace them. Unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new E27 bulb, ensuring it does not exceed 40W.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the fixture for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
